• 2nd AND FINAL PAYMENT DUE BY FRIDAY APRIL 17th 2020, $475 per person for STANDARD PACKAGE, $675 per person for STANDARD PLUS PACKAGE, $875 for GOLD PACKAGE.

Cancellation policy:

• Free cancelation until Monday January 27th 2020
• Cancelations made between January 27th 2020 and April 17th 2020 are subject to a $150 per person cancelation fee
• Cancelations made between April 18th 2020 and April 30th 2020 are subject to a $300 per person cancelation fee
• All payments made become non-refundable on or after May 1st 2020.

THE FOLLOWING IS AN EXAMPLE OF OUR AIRFARE GROUP BOOKING PROCESS

• STEP 1: We search for flights available and request a quote from the airlines

• STEP 2: We inform you the best fare available

• STEP 3: We put the seats on hold for you for a week

• STEP 4: The airline request a deposit of $100 per seat to confirm the book
• This deposit is refundable until 90 days prior to departure
• No names are needed until 45 days prior to departure

• STEP 5: 90-days prior to departure we check with you if all seats booked are going to be used or if a partial cancelation is needed
• STEP 6: 45-days prior to departure name list to be sent to the airline for ticketing 

• Once issued, tickets become non-refundable

• Name changes or corrections after ticketing subject to a $300 name change fee
• Deviations subject to availability and fare variation
